After a critical incident, individuals may need additional counseling
or assistance in coping with the event. Sharing or talking about
their thoughts, feelings and experiences are a natural part of the
healing process. UniPsych provides a network of clinicians who are
trained in critical incident debriefing and provide additional counseling
through UniPsych’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
In addition, many of our clients have utilized our training and
assistance in the development of organizational policies and procedures
related to crisis intervention, violence prevention and post-trauma
referral services.
Whether it is reacting to a situation that has already occurred
or simply preparing for such an event, our team of qualified specialists
stands ready!
